Notate or take a picture of any parameters before you change them

Change Citizen Parameters

1. Put control in EDIT mode
   
2. Press LIST softkey
   
3. Press I/O softkey
   
4. Press 232C Set softkey
   
5. Input/Output Destination is "IC CARD R/W"
6. Change the following parameters:
   
1. Baud rate to "9600"
   
2. Stop Bit to "2 Bit"
   
3. Parity to "Even"
   
4. Char Length to "7 Bits"
   
5. HRDWRE Flow to "Invalid"
   
6. XON/XOFF to "Valid"
   
7. DC Code Out to "Output (DC3 output)"
   
8. TV Check to "OFF"
   
9. EOB Output to "CR LF"
   
10. Feed No. to "10"
    
11. Time-Out to "100"
    
Time is in 1/10 seconds, i.e. 100 is 10 seconds)
12. Data Code to "ISO"
    
13. DC3 Code to "0x93"
