DataXchange Application cannot be started Error
Problem
When trying to launch Scytec DataXchange, an error message appears, "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."
Solution
Uninstall Scytec DataXchange, then delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\apps\2.0 folder
