DataXchange requires two sets of credentials to log in. The Account and Application credentials are often confused for each other.

Types of Credentials

The Account credentials are located in the Account menu. The Account Number and Account Password is provided by SFA, your DataXchange administrator, or the new user email from DataXchange.

The Application credentials are located in the Login menu. The User Name and Password is provided by your DataXchange administrator or the new user email from DataXchange.

The Account credentials are incorrect

  1. Go to the Account menu
  2. Confirm you have the correct Account Number and Account Password, this is the same for all users in your organization
  3. If you are still getting this message, contact your DataXchange administrator or Shop Floor Automations

The Application credentials are incorrect

  1. Confirm the User Name and Password is correct, they are case sensitive and unique for each user in your organization
