How do I Update the Predator Configuration File (.pxp)?

When upgrading Predator DNC or DNC Enterprise PXP, follow the steps below:

  1. Exit Predator DNC or DNC Enterprise
  2. Browse to C:\Predator Software\Support\PXPs
    1. This is a common place file will be, but can be located some where else
  3. Copy the PXP into the exact same location
  4. Rename the copy PXP with a unique name “(company Name) YYYY MM-DD.pxp”
  5. Launch the Predator DNC or Desktop and confirm the new PXP is running.
