How to Change Predator DNC Email Recipients, Subject, and Body

Overview

This article will guide you through the steps to makes changes to Predator DNC email link and email terminator in respect to adjusting the recipients, subject, and body. 

Requirements

  1. Access to Predator DNC

Change Email Recipients, Subject, and Body

  1. Open Predator DNC v11 Administrator
  2. Go to Command > Cancel All
  3. Select command with email link that you wish to change, i.e. Send to CNC or Receive from CNC
  4. In the right window, right-click on “Email Link” or “Email Terminator” and click Properties...

  5. Press Next two times to find page called “Email Link – Message” or “Email Terminator – Message” at the top

  6. Change applicable information
    1. Email From is the send, i.e. Predator, this is not commonly changed
    2. Email To is for the recipients, separate multiple recipients with a semi colon (;)
    3. Subject is simply the subject of the email; this may have variables, e.g. \FileName, if so, they should be left as is
    4. Message is the body of the email; this may have variables, e.g. \FileName, if so, they should be left as is
  7. Press Next, then Finish
  8. Go to File > Save to save the PXP configuration file
