How to Check if Mazak Control has Ethernet
Overview
Mazak Mazatrol controls have supported Ethernet functionality for several decades due to them being Windows-based. This article will help identify which models have network capabilities and is based on experience from SFA technicians and not an all-inclusive list.
MAZATROL Smooth Controls
- This includes MAZATROL SmoothC, SmoothG, SmoothX, SmoothAi, SmoothEz, & SmoothEz5 controls.
- These controls have Ethernet out of the box.
MAZATROL Matrix Controls
- This includes MAZATROL Matrix, Matrix 2, Matrix Nexus, & Matrix Nexus 2 controls.
- These controls have Ethernet out of the box.
MAZATROL SMART Control
- This includes the MAZATROL SMART control.
- This control has Ethernet out of the box.
MAZATROL Fusion Controls
- This includes MAZATROL Fusion 640M, Fusion 640T, Fusion 640M Pro.
- These controls have Ethernet if they have the PCMCIA slots located behind the screen and the accompanying PCMCIA Ethernet adapter.
- If they do not have the PCMCIA slot and/or PCMCIA Ethernet adapter, contact SFA for more details.
Legacy Controls
This includes MAZATROL T32, M32, T-Plus, M-Plus and older controls.
These controls do not have Ethernet.
