How to Check if Mazak Control has Ethernet

Overview

Mazak Mazatrol controls have supported Ethernet functionality for several decades due to them being Windows-based. This article will help identify which models have network capabilities and is based on experience from SFA technicians and not an all-inclusive list. 

MAZATROL Smooth Controls

  1. This includes MAZATROL SmoothC, SmoothG, SmoothX, SmoothAi, SmoothEz, & SmoothEz5 controls.
  2. These controls have Ethernet out of the box.

MAZATROL Matrix Controls

  1. This includes MAZATROL Matrix, Matrix 2, Matrix Nexus, & Matrix Nexus 2 controls.
  2. These controls have Ethernet out of the box.

MAZATROL SMART Control

  1. This includes the MAZATROL SMART control.
  2. This control has Ethernet out of the box. 

MAZATROL Fusion Controls

  1. This includes MAZATROL Fusion 640M, Fusion 640T, Fusion 640M Pro.
  2. These controls have Ethernet if they have the PCMCIA slots located behind the screen and the accompanying PCMCIA Ethernet adapter.
  3. If they do not have the PCMCIA slot and/or PCMCIA Ethernet adapter, contact SFA for more details.

Legacy Controls

  1. This includes MAZATROL T32, M32, T-Plus, M-Plus and older controls.
  2. These controls do not have Ethernet.
