Knowing the version of Predator DNC that is installed on a computer will aid the SFA Technical Support team. 

Checking the Version of Predator DNC

  1. Launch Predator DNC
  2. Go to Help > About Predator...
  3. You version will appear in a Window, please provide the complete set of numbers, e.g. 11.0.1.606.
