How to Configure Predator MDC Auto Create
Overview
Predator MDC has the option to create Jobs, Parts, and Operations on the fly. This is only necessary if you want new Jobs, Parts, or Operations to be added to the Predator database that are not already in it. This can be skipped if you already have this information in your Predator database.
Requirements
- Local Administrator Rights
- Access to Predator MDC Service Manager
- Basic Knowledge of Predator MDC
- Launch the Predator MDC Service Manager v11
- Go to the Choose Auto New Setup page
- To auto create new parts
- Check Auto Create New Parts
- Select a default Part Type from the dropdown
- Enter a revision in Revision field
- To auto create new jobs
- Check Auto Create New Jobs
- Select a default Status from the dropdown
- To auto create new operations
- Check Auto Create New Ops
- Enter a revision in Revision field
- Click Next then Finish
- Check Windows Services to confirm the Predator MDC Database Service is Running
