How to Export Vault Items in Predator PDM

Overview

This KB will explain how to export a list of all Vault Items. You can use a filter as needed. 

Requirements

  1. Predator PDM Administrator License
  2. Predator PDM User with Administrator Permissions

Exporting Vault Items

  1. Once in PDM, confirm you have closed the Vault Viewer (File > Close)
  2. From the main interface, go to Administrator > Export Vault Items...
  3. At a minimum, choose a Vault to export
    1. Optionally, filter down using the desired components and/or Engineering Status
  4. Press OK
  5. Choose a location and name of the CSV file
  6. Press Save when ready
  7. The newly created CSV will contain a PDM Path, Engineering Status, ECN, Manufacturing Status, Quality Status, and Notes of the Vault Items
