How to Factory Reset Moxa NPort P5150A

Overview
This will restore all settings, including IP address, back to factory defaults.

Factory Reset

  1. Fully power up Moxa NPort P5150A
  2. Using a small pin such as a toothpick or paper clip, gently press and hold down the Reset Button, Ready LED will begin flashing green
  3. Release Reset Button when Ready LED turns off, approximately 6 seconds
  4. Wait until Ready LED turns green, approximately 6 seconds before power down the Moxa NPort P5150A again
