How to Restart or Start the pWidgets Service
Overview
Occasionally, pWidgets may require a service restart. This article will guide you through the process.

If you find yourself needing to restart the pWidgets Service regularly, please contact SFA technical support
Requirements
- Access to pWidgets Computer (typically the same computer where Predator DNC runs)
- Permissions to access Services.MSC (typically local administrator)

Restarting may resolve issues that are disrupting communication with the machines.
- In the start menu, search for Services.MSC
- Open Services
- Look for "pWidgets Service"

- Right-click pWidgets Service and click Restart, this could take up to one minute to complete

If the service is not running, manually starting it may be necessary.
- In the start menu, search for Services.MSC
- Open Services
- Look for "pWidgets Service"

- Right-click pWidgets Service and click Start, this could take up to one minute to complete
