How to Restart the Predator DNC Service

Overview

For headless Predator DNC system, the software will run as a Windows service. This article will review how to restart the service as needed. 

Requirements

  1. Access to Predator DNC Computer
  2. Permissions to access Services.MSC (typically local administrator)

Check if Predator DNC is a Windows Service

  1. In the start menu, search for Services.MSC
  2. Open Services
  3. Look for "Predator DNC Service"

  4. Right-click the Predator DNC service and click Restart, this could take up to one minute to complete
