How to Set Citizen Cincom Network Settings

Controls

  1. Known to work on modern Citizen CINCOM controls

Requirements

  1. Static IP address, subnet mask, and gateway
Notate or take a picture of any parameters before you change them

Enable Parameter Write

  1. Press MAINT. button
  2. Press I/F Diag softkey
  3. Type "1001//M"
  4. Press INPUT button

Set Network Settings

  1. Press PRM. button
  2. Press Menu SEL softkey until you see "BAS COM."
  3. Press BAS COM. softkey
  4. Change the following parameters
    1. No. 1925 Ethernet to "1"
    2. No. 1926 Global IP address to your static IP address
    3. No. 1927 Global Subnet mask to your subnet mask
    4. No. 1928 Global Gateway to your gateway
  5. Reboot the control
