How to Update DataXchange Timer Constants
Overview
Constants are values used in expressions. They allow you to update a value without touching an expression. They can be used across multiple expressions and will update in real time. The most common use of Constants is with timers.
Requirements
Permissions to DataXchange Tab and Variables Menu
Update the Constant
- Log into DataXchange
- Go to DataXchange Tab > Variable > PCSDB Constants
- Select the Constant you want to change
- Click Modify
- Update the Constant Value, this is typically in seconds
- Click Enter
- After a few minutes, your expressions will update with the new Constant value
