Known Issue - Predator DNC Command Timeout

Issue

Predator DNC fails to initiate a Send to Machine command. Logs show "The write thread has started", but nothing after that is processed. No objects are executed and the machine in Predator DNC essentially locks up until the command or Predator DNC is restarted. 

Reason

Known bug in Predator DNC version 11, v11.0.1.1137 or older. Commands with Command Timeout are affected on maybe 5% of DNC systems out there. Current theory is a Windows updates.

Solution

Update to Predator DNC v11.0.1.2348 or newer.
