DataXchange Service Minimum Requirements

  1. Desktop OS: Windows 10 64 bit or greater with latest Windows updates
  2. Server OS: Windows Server 2016 or greater with latest Windows updates
  3. Can be a physical or virtual machine 
  4. 2 GHz Core i5 or Xeon Processor released within the last 3 years
  5. 1 GB of available disk space
  6. 8 GB RAM (8 GB minimum when shared with other business applications)
  7. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or greater
  8. Local Administrator Rights

DataXchange Client Minimum Requirements

  1. Virtually any Windows 10 or greater computer or tablet with latest Windows updates
  2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.1 or greater
  3. 4 GB RAM
  4. If a proxy is used, have the proxy settings available
