Unable to use Apricorn encrypted USB drives with USB Connect hardware
Problem
When using an Apricorn encrypted USB drive, it will occasionally lock itself requiring the code to be reentered.
Reason
The USB Connect hardware may unmount/mount the drive. As a precaution, the Apricorn encrypted USB drive will lock itself to prevent unauthorized access.
Solution
Enable Lock-Override mode. The procedure can be found by reviewing the "Lock-Override Mode" section in your Apricorn manual.
