What do the Fanuc Focas Terminator errors mean within Predator DNC?

Error 5 "Data Error"

Is the most common and it can occur when the following occurs:
  1. The O number that you are trying to send is the current or selected CNC program
    1. Try deleting the O number prior to sending to the CNC
  2. Bad or illegal character within the CNC program
    1. Try deleting any special or weird characters
  3. The maximum number of CNC programs are currently in the CNC's memory
    1. Try deleting the O number prior to sending to the CNC
  4. The O number that you are trying to send is already loaded in the CNC's memory
    1. Try deleting the O number prior to sending to the CNC
    2. Can be addressed if the overwrite parameter option is enabled

Error 7 "Write Protect"

This commonly occurs when sending O8000 or O9000 series CNC programs when the ranges are set to be read only.

Error 8 "Memory Overflow"

This commonly occurs when sending large programs and there is not enough free memory. Delete one or more programs to free up enough memory to store the CNC program.

Error 10 "Buffer Full"

Fanuc recommends retrying Send to CNC.

Error 13 "CNC Execution Denied"

This occurs when the CNC's current status does not allow a Send to CNC.

Error 15 "Alarm State"

This occurs when a CNC alarm happens while a Send to CNC is in progress.
