What is the PDNC: Unable to create directory error?

Problem

When launching Predator DNC, an error message appears saying "PDNC: Unable to create directory".

Reason

In most instances, the temp folder is used without a numbered directory, but due to permissions Windows may require one. If one is missing, a security application likely removed it. Running as administrator eliminates the issue but isn't a viable solution for most. 

Solution

  1. Locate the directory in question (it might be hidden) and create the missing numbered directory called out in the error. In the example pictured above, the directory is "C:\Users\s1dnc\AppData\Local\Temp\", the numbered directory will need to be created there. Once complete, try launching Predator DNC again.
  2. If it still persists, try a reinstall of Predator DNC.
