Why does DataXchange ODI load with a gray screen?
Problem
When clicking on the ODI tab, it only shows a gray screen.
Reason
EOWP.exe is being blocked.
Solution
Ensure IT has EOWP.exe whitelisted. We have seen applications call PolicyPak and Sophos actively block this subprocess.

The location of the executable is dynamic for each user and will change each update, so it is best to whitelist the exe and not the full path.
C:\Users\[windowsUser]\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\[randomCharacters]\[randomCharacters]\scyt...exe_....
