How to Change Moxa NPort W2150A, W2250A, W2150A-W4, & W2250A-W4 IP Address

This article will go through the steps to change the IP address on a Moxa NPort W2150A, W2250A, W2150A-W4, & W2250A-W4.
Requirements
- IP Address of Moxa NPort unit
- SSID
- Wi-Fi Security Information
How to Update Wi-Fi Settings
- From a web browser, go to http://[moxa_ip_address]
- Type "admin" in Account field
- Type "moxa" in Password field
- Click Login
- Go to Network Settings > WLAN Settings > WLAN
- Set IP configuration to "Static"
- Type your IP address in IP address field
- Type your Subnet Mask in Netmask field
- Type your Gateway in Gateway field
- Click Submit
If this fails, try leaving the password field blank
Finalize Configuration
- Go to Restart > Restart System
- Click Submit
As soon as the Ready LED on the Moxa device turns red, disconnect the Ethernet cable- Upon successful connection to your Wi-Fi network, the Ready and WLAN LEDs will be solid green and the signal bars should illuminated, this can take up to 30 seconds
- To confirm connectivity, ping IP address from computer designated to host software
