Troubleshooting
Confirm you are plugged directly into Moxa Ethernet port from your computer. Plugging the Moxa to the general network in its default state will not let you properly set an IP address.
Confirm you are using default IP (DHCP option) for your computers network card. This means you are not using a static IP address on your computer.
Change your computers network card IP to 192.168.127.100; Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0; Gateway is blank
Try to access the web console (http://192.168.127.254) and program it from there. The username and password from above still apply.
Go to Network Settingsand enter the static IP address, Subnet Mask, and Gateway; click Submit when done.
