What kind of USB flash drives can be used with a floppy drive emulator on my CNC?

You must use a USB flash drive that is 2GB or smaller. The flash drives must be formatted as “FAT” or “FAT-16.” 32-bit FAT (“FAT-32”) will NOT work with the floppy emulator. Review How to Format a USB Flash Drive to FAT to convert any compatible USB flash drive.
