How to change the LAN Connect Time Zone

Overview

How to change the time zone and set a time server in the LAN Connect INI file. 

Setting Time Zone

  1. Add the following to the .INI file
    1. "TIME ADJUST=##" 
      1. ## = Time zone number
      2. e.g. "TIME ADJUST=-7" is Pacific Daylight Time or PDT

Setting Public NTP Server

  1. Add the following to the .INI file
    1. "IP ntp=207.200.81.113"

Example INI File

IP address=192.168.1.100
IP mask=255.255.252.0
IP gateway=192.168.1.1
IP dns=0.0.0.0
IP ntp=207.200.81.113
TIME ADJUST=-7
