Why does the USB LAN Connect screen shows only two black lines?
Problem
When booting up the USB LAN or LAN Connect unit, only two black lines appear on the screen.
Reason
Likely caused by a missing or not fully seated Micro SD card.
Solution
- Power down the USB LAN or LAN Connect
- Fully insert the micro SD card
- Power up the USB LAN or LAN Connect
If it still does not work, please contact SFA Technical Support.
