Why does the LAN Connect screen shows only two black lines?
Problem
When booting up the LAN Connect unit, only two black lines appear on the screen.
Reason
Likely caused by a missing or not fully seated Micro SD card.
Solution
- Power down the LAN Connect
- Fully insert the micro SD card
- Power up the LAN Connect
If it still does not work, please contact SFA Technical Support.
