How to Factory Reset Moxa NPort W2150A & W2250A
Overview
This will restore all settings, including IP address and Wi-Fi settings, back to factory defaults.
Factory Reset
- Fully power up Moxa NPort W2150A or W2250A
- Using a small pin such as a toothpick or paper clip, gently press and hold down the Reset Button, Ready LED will begin flashing green
- Release Reset Button when Ready LED turns red, approximately 6 seconds
- Wait until Ready LED turns green, approximately 12 seconds before power down the Moxa NPort W2150A or W2250A again
